1. In morning before you actually brush your teeth, eat 3-4 leads of garlic, as it provides in burning fat and after 1 1/2 drink water.

3. For dehydration problem, with breakfast take a glass of orange juice.

4. Neglect bread, spicy food and butter.

5. For giving strengthen to your body, take a glass of milk daily. You can take tablespoon of nutritive protein with milk or water because it has
80% protein.

7. Have at least one lit. of water before 20 min. of lunch.

8. Should try to have salads or fresh fruits always.

9. When you are taking milk, protein, juice, salads, fruit, it preserves nourishing value of the diet.

10. Try to avoid lots of coffee or tea, one cup in the morning and one cup in the evening is enough.

11. Take spinach cum tomato soup before one hour to dinner.

12. Before going to sleep, drink at least Two glasses of water and a glass of milk.
