1. Ear care:
- There is no need to clean our ear separately (means by little finger, cotton buds or by any other weapon) because god has made facility to clean our ear automatically.
- In front of our ear there is a joint of jaw’s bone. When we are eating jaw’s bone from joint every time gives the pressure on the vacuum of outer- ear. Because this, the wax from outer- ear gradually moves outside as paste comes from toothpaste when we apply, pressure to the toothpaste.
- Don’t overuse of ear devices. Like headphone, I-pod, and specially Bluetooth.
- External Otitis,
- Hearing Capacity,
- Heart Disease and
- Mentally Disturbance.
2. Nose Care:
- The main work of nose is breathing.
- The air through nose purify by hair in the nose. The air in the nose gets moist due to wetness in the skin and get warm by heat in the skin. This air does not harmful to soft skin of breath root.
- Because of nose our sound gets reticent and when we suffer from cold this reticent get disappear.
- In the back portion of our nose there is a entrance for Eustachian tube. This tube carries the air in the center unit of our ear.
- When we suffer from cold or in the plane-journey these tubes get closed that’s why we hear different sound from our ear.
What is Ion Allergy??
- Urbanization, industrialization, smoke through vehicles, pollution these things throws many harmful elements in the climate that’s why many of people troubled by sneezing, flowing and closing of nose. This is called “Ion Allergy”.
- In the today’s medical science there is no exact cure for this “Ion Allergy”. But you can control this level of allergy by Cardio Exercises.
- Taking care of our throat and sound it greatly depends on our diet.
- Spicy, oily foods also fast-foods pizzas and cold drinks badly affects on our throat. So instead of these foods if we tried Cooked foods or Cooked foods after boiling and roasted foods these will much better for our throat health.
- Speak continuously,
- Speak in a shrill sound and
- Shouting because this, the swell can get to our throat.
