At the time of slogging, to quell the need of increased blood supply heart wants to do more work. For this activity heart wants more supply of blood. But if we are not taking care of this system; our system disturbs and so we suffer from heart disease.
Reasons of Heart Disease:
- Heart Disease occurs when obstacles found in Coronary Arteries (vessels that provide blood to heart).
- One main reason for this disease is our worse-lifestyle. Lifestyle means what we eat, to preserve efficiency of our body what exercise we do, how much movement we do in full day, what we think, how much time rest we take this all implied to this Lifestyle term.
- Today's generation is massively addicted to the oily foods, fast-foods and non-vegetarian items. Besides smoking is becoming true fashion today.
So to prevent heart-attack possibilities we have to take caring at right time.
Diseases in our family, our age, existence disease, level of sugar and cholesterol from these factors we can decide possibilities of heart disease.
Some useful remedies for heart disease:
- Identify our threat.
- Proper Diet: That should keep control on weight and cholesterol and it should contain low calories.
- Proper and Regular Exercise
- Regularity in medicine dose.
- Regular Medical Check-up.
- Immediately reach to the hospital when paining.
Many people succumb to heart disease, lacking of 'D Vitamin' this result found in recent Representative Examination. If level of this 'D vitamin' decreased by average level, there would be possibility to get attack in 2 years.

Eventually, I want to mention one thing one powerful weapon to resist from heart disease is regular and limited exercise. Aerobics type exercise is most useful for proper pumping of heart and it decreases level of cholesterol.
Instead of going in costly gym if we keep sometime aside in a whole day for exercise this is also sufficient. Like, at lunch time walking exercise, use of steps instead of lift, these exercises also enough!!
