By reading title of my article, you will be surprised that how raw food could become healthy?? And how it would be helpful for diet??
Yes friends, it is complicated but it is fact?? We are all gourmands’ people but if raw foods will be healthy then how could we digest??
I think many of us thinking about this problem. Am I right??
However my friends, after reading great importance of these foods to our health I think you will definitely try these types of foods.
Basically raw foods mean uncooked, unprocessed and often organic foods. But it has great number of advantages that we will discuss today:
Cooked in very less time:
- Some of raw foods, we have to just take and put in our mouth. How it is quick and easy!! And some other foods we have to just cook on very less heat generally less than 116°F with very little spices.
- Great deal of nourishing and enzymes.
- Weight Loss: Raw foods include more fiber, vitamins and minerals. And it is very low in fat. Also it has high capacity for eliminate wastes quickly. So it has vital role in weight loss..
- A raw food contains fiber in more amounts. It is helpful in lowering cholesterol so that affects to control weight. Also it is helpful for heart diseases and diabetes prevention.
I know there is a main problem with raw foods is poor taste. But if you start to take this food after some days your tongue will automatically become familiar with that taste. Then definitely you will say that how delicious these foods are!!
How can you include raw foods in your diet comfortably?
If you make some search in your home I am sure you will find many raw foods.
So you can use this,
- At lunch time, you can try salads with – lettuce, arugula, herbs, spinach, fruits, and dry fruits.
- If you are willing to some snacks you can try dry fruits, nuts, celery…
- At lunch time you start-up food will be salad; it will be more beneficial for your diet.
