In 15th century Yogi Swatmarama presented Hatha Yoga in India. The word Hatha is obtained from the Sanskrit word meaning Ha stands for Sun and Tha for Moon. It makes communication between opposite negative and positive parts of a yogi’s system.

In today’s date Hatha has spread worldwide, people are practicing various yoga exercise including bikram yoga, Ashtanga, Iyengar. This yoga workout makes man perfect by physically and mentally also.
