  • Before becoming pregnant, 2 months before, you should start to take tablets of Folic Acid. By this you can prevent some deformity through the foetus if there any.
  • During first 3 month, don’t try to do any new exercise. Also avoid overwork and physical relation.
  • Due to consistency in diet, your health lives better during pregnancy.
  • In addition you should ascertain of these diseases: problems of thyroid gland, diabetes, and anemia.

  • After normal or Cesarean delivery, you can immediately start exercise.
  • Daily minimum 30 to 40 minutes exercise is required.
  • Include all vegetables, salads in your daily food. Take only that food you like, you can digest and that should not harmful to your health, but take in limit.
  • Balanced diet, sufficient rest, proper medicines and exercise is required.

And at last,
Many times what happens with job going pregnant women that they get, frustrate during, and after pregnancy because they can’t spend their, much empty time. So there will be chances to increase many mental problems like: depression, short-tempering. 

So for reducing this regular exercising, yoga is most important.
Also they want to consider this thing that they are going to give birth to the child. And these things are not beneficial to their new child. So be pleasant during pregnancy.
