We all know very well that we are living in dangerous lifestyle. From this, many health issues arise. So to become healthy you can try this simple domestic exercise.

Heavy workloads in office, office work only in sitting position, tea or coffee on frequent basis, miss timing of meal. Daily stress of traveling…. Late night sleeping and then by default late morning rising.

This is our today’s disturbed lifestyle!!! We all are the part of this Dangerous lifestyle.
Why I used word Dangerous because this lifestyle indirectly killing us slowly. So, for surviving or become healthy there is only option Fitness Exercise.

Yeah I am completely agreed with you but here I don’t have time for eating so how could I give timing for exercise?? I think everyone’s opinion will be like this!! Isn’t it??

So, friends here I am mentioning some Domestic exercises these can make you Physically and Mentally fit and healthy. Just Try It.
  • Instead of using lift make the use of floors for rising and falling in office and home building. Give attention towards daily minimum 10 floors of rising and falling.
  • When you are coming from office to home via train or bus, then alight before 1 or 2 stop or station. And Try to do limited use of your private vehicle. Means if your work will be done by walking then should walk. While sleeping, lean your leg on wall and then lie down. From this stretching activity, your body feel rest and exercise also.
  • While sitting on chair move your leg into circular motion.
  • While on call or any gossiping if possible, stand against wall. This will decrease your backbone problems.
  • When you are in traveling rhythmic movement of fingers, fist, and neck will be the better fitness exercise.
  • At sleeping time before direct sleeping concentrate on your breathing for minimum 5 to 7 minutes. Try to relax your body. This will help you for sweet sleep and sweet dream.
  • At last, on holidays make the habit of washing your own vehicle or cleaning your complete house. This is also good fitness exercise.
So, my friends to become healthy instead of heavy gym workouts daily practicing of this simple task will be more beneficial for you. Just implement it!!
