Generally by as much exercise, positive changes occur in our body or our body’s capability endures, for that exercise we can say minimum exercise.
So, in this post we will discuss about what will be minimum exercise per day, and some exercise tips.
- Generally we can say that running, swimming, cycling these types stamina breathing exercises if we did for ½ hour then we can define them as minimum exercise.However, this term is not applicable for 1st day exercise. On first day, it is enough to do 10 second running and 10 min walking.
- While doing muscle exercise, there is difficult to decide minimum exercise. Because daily our force changes, also there is a need to increase power of our muscle group in appropriate manner.
Now we will talk about Stretching Exercises.
- In these types of exercises mostly we do body harming exercises. Instead of giving pleasant stretch to our body many time we gives painful stretch to our body.
- With our age stretchiness of our body goes on decreasing. So, if we tried to give inappropriate stretch to our body it will be dangerous.
- Don’t decide your rest day before. On some day, if you will have did extra exercise as compare to regular and on next day, if you are feeling tired then give rest on that day.
