Which Food is Good for Health??

Many time we confront from this question really which food is good for health?? So for getting answer you should go through this post.One of the most general question every time we ask to the “fitness guru“that which food is good for health. Isn’t it??

I also had asked this question to fitness expert,

That time she had told me that: 
We can’t answer to this question in one sentence not only this but, that answer will not same for all. Because different eating requirements of every person it depends on Age, Health and Lifestyle of that person.

  • Our foods should be nutritious. It should contain: Calcium, Proteins, Iron, Various Vitamins and Fiber.
What should we eat in the whole day?
  •  1 bowls of fruits.
  • 1 bowls of fresh vegetables. There is no necessary to be a raw, cooked vegetable will also applicable but avoid over cooked.
  • One dish that milk-made items.
  • And important from all, Minimum 3 liter water.
Our bad habits about food:
  • We don’t eat when we are busy; and when we get free time then we eat. Means what, in time of need we don’t provide food to our body.Nutrition of fresh food absorb immediately by our body.
  • Many people among us has bad habit that, they instantly take Tea-Coffee after some eating. From this, our body doesn’t, absorbs required nutrition.We should take care of this:
Wrong eating habits affects on our health therefore
  • our weight increases,
  • energy from our body decreases,
  • also we feel spiritless.
Good Habits:
  • We should eat that much from that we can maintain our energy.
  • We should decide what type of, and how much food we can eat because we get hungry differently at different time.
  • We should eat after 2 hours.
So friends, in this post we have discussed about good food for health, our bad habits of eating and some suggestions for eating.

In Modern Management we study about other’s body language but we fail to hear our body language…we eat when we don’t want but when we want we don’t eat. This should we have to hear and in accordance with that we have to fulfil our body requirements.
